Notes of Spring


Just tried the molecular cocktail, Notes of Spring from Frankie Solarik’s book Barchef.  Tons and tons of work but well worth it in the end.   The olive soil must be roasted 4 hours in advance, just so you know.  Overall, this is a boozy cocktail.  Basically a martini.  Some, therefore, might find it a bit strong.  I loved it.
